More than $ 250,000 was raised for motor neurone disease research in a raffle of a Jayco campervan.

The Jayco x FightMND raffle sold out, with all funds raised going directly towards critical research into MND. Two Australians are diagnosed with MND every day, while two die from it every day.

The campaign gave people the chance to win a Jayco JRV-AV Adventurer campervan valued at $ 168,990.

Jayco founder Gerry Ryan AO OAM said the campaign reflected both the scale of the challenge and the importance of continuing to support the work of FightMND.

“ We ' re incredibly proud to have raised more than $ 250,000 through this campaign and grateful to every Australian who purchased a ticket and got behind the cause. While the raffle has now sold out, the fight against MND continues and every dollar raised brings us one step closer to finding a cure.”
