The other awesome tool is Google Lens. Obviously, everyone has used Google, but have you ever noticed the camera icon at the end of the search bar? This is Google Lens, and it allows you to upload a picture of any object so that Google’ s search engine will look for another picture of the object or something similar elsewhere on the internet. It’ s great for finding the name of a part you can’ t identify or a manual for an appliance where the manufacturer has long since closed shop.
WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS …
As good as the internet is, there will come a time when you may be faced with a problem you cannot fix yourself and the internet is no help. If that ever happens, don’ t be afraid to ask someone for help.
The caravanning community is made up of some remarkable people, many of whom have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and skills over the years. In my experience, these people are only too willing to provide assistance to a fellow traveller in need.
