Aussie Traveller has entered into an agreement to acquire Camec from Fleetwood Limited, with completion of the acquisition to occur on September 1.

Camec is one of Australia and New Zealand ' s most recognised brands in the caravan products sector, supplying appliances, doors, awnings, cladding, and a wide range of accessories to OEM, trade, and retail customers across those markets.

Aussie Traveller is a longestablished supplier of components and accessories to the caravan and outdoor industries.

The acquisition brought together two highly complementary businesses, Aussie Traveller CEO James Barallon said.

“ This is an important milestone in Aussie Traveller’ s journey to creating Australia and New Zealand’ s leading supplier of outdoor components and accessories,” Mr Barallon said.“ Bringing these two businesses together means a broader range, more stock, and further product innovation that will allow us to deliver the best possible products and service to our valuable customers.”

From September 1, Camec will be owned by Aussie Traveller and integrated into its operations, creating a streamlined ordering process for customers across these two brands.
