Crusader Caravans has launched a‘ Deposit Promise’, protecting up to 10 per cent of a customer’ s total order value if an authorised dealer is unable to fulfil the initial order( on orders placed from August 1 2026).

Applying to eligible Crusader Caravan orders placed with an authorised Crusader dealer, the Deposit Promise ensures a customer’ s place in the production schedule remains secure. If the dealer is unable to fulfil the order, Crusader will transfer the order to another authorised dealer and honour up to 10 per cent of the total order value toward the caravan build.

The Crusader Deposit Promise also applies to Crusader’ s second brand, Dreamhaven Caravans.
