The TERRACORE range is built using sandwich panel construction, where fibreglass skins are bonded to a foam core. It ' s a method that does away with traditional timber framing altogether, with the panels themselves providing the structural support.
The roof follows the same philosophy: a single, one-piece design that eliminates the sealed joints where leaks so often start. Put those two elements together and you get a rigid caravan body that resists flexing and movement, even when the terrain gets rough.
