With so many streaming services to choose from, you will always find something to keep you entertained on those rainy days.
VLC Media Player: You might recall we mentioned VLC in our article about caravan wi-fi as a way to watch your downloaded content from a hard drive connected to a router. Well, it turns out VLC can access live streaming services, and it’ s an absolute treasure trove of content. Here’ s how to do it:
1. Open the VLC media player.
2. Click on Media and then click on the Stream option.
3. Click the Network tab and enter this URL: https:// iptv-org. github. io / iptv / index. m3u
4. Click on Stream at the bottom of the screen, then click Next.
5. Choose File in the drop-down menu and click Next.
6. Make sure the Activate Transcoding checkbox is ticked, then click Next.
7. Click Stream and wait a short while for the content to load.
8. To select a channel to watch, click on View and then Playlist.
9. Select one of over 1000 channels to view for free.
