OUR CARAVAN BED TRANSFORMATION
We started simple:
• Soft, breathable bamboo mattress protector;
• Perfectly fitted bottom sheet;
• Matching top sheet that zips neatly to the bottom sheet; and
• Premium 100 per cent European flax linen quilt cover and pillow set.
The zip-together sheet system was a revelation. Once fitted, everything sits flush with the mattress, no bunching, no slipping, no excess fabric hanging over the sides. The quilt cover and pillows, made from beautiful European flax linen, added that warm, lived-in luxury feel we’ ve always loved in boutique hotels. Even better, they’ re reversible, giving us two colour options and two completely different looks.
And here’ s the part I didn’ t expect: our caravan bed now feels like a quality hotel bed. The breathability of the linen means we sleep comfortably whether we’ re in the crisp alpine air of Bright, Vic, or the warmer coastal nights down the Bellarine Peninsula. Linen regulates temperature naturally, so you never get that sticky, humid feeling that some fabrics trap.
