We had been to Big4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort a few times, and each time we were in awe of the upgrades and additions that had happened. Arriving there in August 2026, our awe was coupled with‘ wow’!
First things first, we checked in and the staff were not only very good at their job but very friendly. We had the pleasure of talking with Julie and getting some news about events and attractions on the park. There were so many things to think about that it’ s really wonderful when you get a piece of paper with the lists of each day’ s events, the time, the venue( 95 per cent at the park) and the cost, if there is any.
Each week, they produce a new list of events and they are not a straight repeat. Clutching our new park map and the activities guides, we made our way to our site, setup and decided to have a walk around the park to see what was new to us. But before we did, we compared the new park map with the old one. We keep all our park maps because it is great to see what has changed in a park when you go back.
