INGREDIENTS M M 1.5 x cups of self-raising flour M M 1 x cup of caster sugar M M 1 x cup of milk M M Half a teaspoon of cinnamon M M 2 x 400g cans of peaches or your fruit of choice M M 50g butter M M Half a cup of brown sugar 50 \ Ah, peaches. Is there any dessert they won’t improve? I love this peach cobbler and reckon you will too. 1. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a pan, and add the fruit and cook it through. 2. Make a batter from the flour, sugar, milk and cinnamon, and place blobs of it on the fruit. Bake it all in the oven on a medium heat for 30 minutes. 3. You can use fresh fruit, such as bananas, apples and berries, though this may increase the cooking time. If you use canned fruit, as per the ingredients list, we recommend leaving out the extra sugar.
