INGREDIENTS
• 1 can of salmon
• Half a cup of Panko bread crumbs .
• Half a red onion , finely chopped .
• 1 large egg or 2 small ones
• Chopped chives
• A pinch of salt
SAUCE
• Mayo
• Lemon juice
• Fresh dill , finely chopped
METHOD
1 . Place the salmon in a bowl and remove any bones from the centre .
2 . Then , flake the salmon and add the rest of the ingredients , leaving some bread crumbs for coating the patties . Mix until it has the consistency of mince meat .
3 . Wet your hands and mould the mixture into small to medium-sized patties before coating each side in bread crumbs . Set aside .
4 . Now it ’ s time to make the sauce . Mix some mayonnaise with the juice of a lemon and add finely-chopped dill .
5 . Fry the patties on a medium heat until golden brown on each side . Serve with a salad and pour the mayo dressing on top ! Easy !
