AN ANNIVERSARY WITH FLAIR !

Royal Flair Caravans celebrated its 50th anniversary in style in mid February , with the night topped off by revealing new vans in the AussieMate and Razor ranges .
With the candles on the special 50th anniversary cake blown out by Royal Flair owner Bill Deralas and his family , the curtain was pulled back on these two caravans , with much fanfare .
About 200 people attended the celebration on Valentine ’ s Day , which also marked Bill Deralas ’ 53rd birthday !
In his speech , he paid tribute to his family and in particular his late father , Peter Deralas , for whom the company made a special range of caravans known as the PD Series .
Peter Deralas started the company in 1975 .
“ My father is my inspiration , the guy who guided me and did everything for me ,” Bill said . “ He built me up to what I am today .”
The MY25 vans on display were a ‘ Forest Green ’ 17ft Razor XT and a 19ft AussieMate . Among the 2025 additions are an odometer accessory kit for the AussieMate , a DCX lithium battery system and 800W of roof-mounted solar .
