THE ROYALS IN YARRAWONGA!

There are various caravan clubs around but, when it comes to one that is both unique and rewarding, the Royal Flair Caravan Club Australia offers a lot to its members. With Royal Flair marking its 50th anniversary in manufacturing, the club, which has more than 1000 members, celebrated its 10th anniversary at Yarrawonga Holiday Park, Vic, in March.
At each yearly event, the club raises money for the Mark Hughes Foundation for brain cancer research, and this is in memory of a great member, Dave Proust, a bush poet extraordinaire who passed away from the disease.
The first ever event was held at Nagambie Lakes, Vic, with 28 vans attending. This was followed by events at Phillip Island and for the past two years, the club’ s owners’ weekends have been held in Yarrawonga.
