In mid 2025, Market Direct Group( MDG) launched a whole new brand of caravan: Gold Class. The rollout of the brand was quickly followed by announcements of Gold Class dealerships being appointed. MDG truly hit the ground running.

The company, which is behind the successful range of imported MDC caravans and campers, developed its Gold Class range to be as fullyfeatured as possible off the shelf. Being built in China( with some finishing off occurring here in Australia), there is very little scope to customise these vans. What you see is what you get. But the good news is, what you get is pretty darn good.

They are available in either Adventure Class or Luxe Class formats. The Adventure Class rigs are the offroaders of the range, while the Luxe vans are intended for more sedate touring adventures. For this list, I’ ve opted for the Adventure Class AC19C offroader, but I must admit the Luxe Class vans are nice too.
