RV FEATURE
GOLD CLASS AC19C

RIGID AND STRONG
It’ s impossible to look at these vans and disregard them as‘ cheap Chinese’ product. It’ s true that these rigs, like other imported vans, typically come with a lower price tag … but in this case, the price tag is only part of the story. Because what you’ re getting is, in fact, a pretty serious offroad van fitted with highly regarded products and appliances.
Stepping inside, there’ s absolutely nothing flimsy or cheap-looking about the AC19C. It presents as rigid and strong, not to mention nicely finished – in fact, I’ d go so far as to say it looks better than many of the locally built vans in the same market segment.
But it was the attention to detail that really sold me on this van. So often, I’ ll see a van marketed as an‘ offroader’ only to find flimsy items bolted to the undercarriage with no protection from what the road might throw at it, or I’ ll step inside to find giant, unsightly gobs of silastic used to gap poor joinery or seal the holes under the sink where water and gas lines run. It can be a bit disheartening, especially when you’ re paying tens of thousands of dollars.
