Regent RV is conducting a product safety recall of Snowy River Caravan Hybrid( SRH) models fitted with the SR-Xplore suspension system.

According to Regent RV, a manufacturing issue affecting the weld on the caravan ' s suspension arms means the weld may not have sufficient strength and could crack when the caravan is driven over rough, uneven or unsealed roads.

Affected variants of the hybrid models are: SRH13, SRH14, SRH15, SRH15F, SRH16 and SRH16F, sold between 2025 and 2026.

Regent RV says there are 511 vans that are affected by this recall. The owners of affected caravans will be contacted directly and asked to schedule an appointment with their closest dealer to arrange an inspection, assessment and replacement of the suspension free of charge.

The company says that until affected caravans have been been inspected, the owners should avoid towing on rough, uneven or unsealed roads.
