Northern NSW motorhome manufacturer Horizon Motorhomes won the People ’ s Choice Award at the 2024 National Caravan Industry Association of Australia ( CIAA ) Conference .
This was a surprise win for Horizon Motorhomes , which came out on top in front of 60 RVMAPaccredited campervan , motorhome and caravan companies from across Australia .
The People ’ s Choice Award is an independent survey of customers who own various types of recreational vehicles . Horizon Motorhomes received the award due to its 100 per cent satisfaction score from the surveyed consumers .
“ When the MC announced Horizon Motorhomes as the winner , ( my wife ) Kylie and I were speechless . To say it took us by surprise would be an understatement ,” Horizon Motorhomes managing director and founder Clayton Kearney said .
“ For the Australian RV community and particularly Horizon customers to vote and recognise us in this fashion makes all the hard work over the years absolutely worth it . This is a team effort and our dedicated , talented Horizon staff share this award with us . I know they will be as proud as we are .”
Horizon Motorhomes has been producing motorhomes in Ballina , NSW , for over 30 years .
