It has been a period of steady progress for Concept . Four years ago , the company began building its own chassis under the name RV Dynamics . By building the chassis in-house , Concept would have control over quality and timing , allowing the company to truly build its vans from the ground up .

Over the years , Concept Caravans has been responsible for bringing some well-loved brands of old back onto our roads . Aside from vans under the name Concept , the company produces Franklin , Newlands and Viscount vans , with each of those names carrying its own legacy .
It ’ s fair to say that Concept Caravans has partnered with some of Australia ’ s best-known dealerships over the years , too , from Kratzmann ’ s Caravans in Queensland to Alan Graham ’ s Caravans in New South Wales .
“ We have sold over 2500 Concepts and Newlands ourselves ,” Andy Graham of Alan Graham ’ s Caravans said . “ And we have had customers on their fifth and sixth Concept / Newlands product . They ’ re very loyal customers , and I think the loyalty stems from the quality of the product .”
Dave Benson , the man behind Dave Benson ’ s Caravans in South Australia , is another caravan dealer of multiple brands who loves the product . In fact , he is a caravanner himself and has only ever owned a Concept for himself .
Concept celebrated its 20th anniversary with a special event at its Campbellfield , Vic , headquarters in August . What ’ s next for Concept ? Whatever it is , we are wiling to bet the company will go from strength to strength . Here ' s to another 20 years !
