ANGELA AND HER HUSBAND LOST THEIR LIFE ’ S SAVINGS IN THE TANGO COLLAPSE .

A few years ago , Angela Serrurier ' s husband , Phil , developed a mental health issue that required him to give up work .
“ As part of his healing , we decided to take a slow , peaceful drive from Melbourne to Townsville to see his family and spend time with his elderly mother ,” Angela said . “ We stayed at caravan parks and enjoyed talking to people along the way . On returning , we decided that we should use our savings and buy our first caravan .”
DISCOVERING TANGO
Eventually , the couple stumbled upon Tango Caravans . “ They had a good range of caravans on display and were middle-range in price . The salesperson was very convincing , reassuring me that they could do the modifications required to the 21ft 6in Escape semi-offroad caravan to accommodate my mobility problems ( knees ), and would even throw in a front-loader washer , a two-bike rack and external shower ,” Angela said .
