The next week , the couple returned to the office to pick out their colour scheme and any modifications required , such as fans over the bunk beds to help their grand children sleep better in hot weather .
“ All happy , we left and waited for June or July to come to receive our caravan . We told friends that we were getting a caravan and even showed them the website of Tango so they could see the style of caravan we were getting .”
THE RUNAROUND
Eventually , June rolled around and Angela received a call to say the caravan was ready and that Tango needed them to pay the outstanding amount so that the caravan could be released and registered to them .
They were told that if they did not pay by the end of the week , the caravan would go to another customer . In total , they spent $ 80,000 with Tango and have nothing to show for it .
Angela and Phil paid Tango $ 80K and have nothing to show for it .
