CARAVANNING DREAM IN RUINS

TANYA RICHES AND HER HUSBAND COULD TOUCH AND FEEL THEIR VAN . THERE IT WAS , RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR EYES . LITTLE DID THEY KNOW WHEN THEY PAID OVER $ 100,000 TO TANGO , THEY WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO HITCH IT UP .
Tanya Riches and her husband lost $ 102,990 in the Tango collapse . An absolute fortune . As it turned out , the van that Tango sold Tanya was on consignment from another manufacturer , which Tanya did not know . When Tango went into liquidation , the manufacturer took possession of the van .
To rub salt into the wound , Tanya and her husband had seen their actual van inside the Tango showroom – they had no reason to suspect they would never be able to own it . After all , there it was , right in front of their eyes .
“ I saw a Tango advertisement for a fully finished , offroad , triplebunk van , which was just what we were looking for , and we decided to take a look ,” Tanya said . “ The van was what we wanted : offroad and ready to go .”
